This was by far the best experience I've had shopping for anything. I originally was working with Olin and he was very helpful and seemed dedicated to getting me in a vehicle a couple weeks ago. I came in on President's Day and to get me help he passed me onto Chris McDonald who made the experience relaxing. I didn't feel pressured, he listened to what I wanted, needed and pulled up four different vehicles for me to see and took the time to explain them to me. I had a certain budget I had to stay in and he worked to fanagled a good amount for my brand new 2012 Chrysler Town and Country. I had all five of my boys with me as well and he didn't seem annoyed by them at all and even had them popcorn made. He knew about my husband being deployed and didn't try to take advantage of me and my situations. He didn't make me feel like what I wanted was impossible. If and when we buy a new car again or if any of my friends are looking I will immediately refer them to here to see Chris. I can't stress how excited and happy I am and how he made the experience so positive for me. I got a new car and feel like I wasn't duped or bullied into it. GO SEE OLIN CHRISTIAN!!! My wife and I were out yesterday just to look at new trucks, so we pulled into Mac Haik in Temple. We were set on only looking that day without buying, Olin met us outside only to ask if we needed any help, or if he could answer any questions for us. He in no way made us feel pressed or uncomfortable. We drove 3 vehicles that day, he was in no hurry, he was there to make sure we were educated on the specifics of each vehicle. After we returned to the lot we knew he had sold us a truck, without him trying to. The staff at Mac Heik were all very friendly and helpful. He did not make you feel pressured to hurry and buy or stop wasting his time, as I have felt in past experiences. I have been leasing Jeeps and have my fourth one. It was not an easy decision as to what to do this year because the 2011 ones are beautiful. Ernie Motloch and Kyle assisted with the information I needed and after several days of considering the pros and cons of new versus the present Jeep, I decided upon purchase of the 2008. Ernie was very pleasant and encouraging in my decision either way and made me feel very comfortable. The paperwork takes a long time and Ernie and I talked about just about everything while we waited. I had a recent talk with Bobby in the Service Dept. and he let me know of some of the nuances of the care and feeding of my Jeep and this also was very valuable information. I now feel more positive about the dealership and will be looking to them for my next Jeep when I decide that I need a new one. And, yes, I would recommend others to search here for that car they need!

My Jeep is Awesome! I loved everything from the selection to the delivery. I found the exact one I wanted, bought an extended warranty to be on the safe side, and still had everything within my budget. I even added a few accessories to my Jeep to make it better. I am ready for the off road. This is my 3rd Jeep, and definitely the easiest buying experience I have had so far. Thanks to Chance for the comforting work! He showed me the service department, body shop, and also the detail department. Hopefully I will not need any of those in the future, but he said to be better safe than sorry. I liked that! On March 19th I brought my mother-in-law to your location to look for a used jeep. We first talked to Joe, and then were helped by Gene during our visit. Everyone at the dealership was more than just polite and friendly, they all went way over what we expected to find at a car dealership. The end result of this trip was we bought a 2004 Jeep Wrangler Sport that had just come in that morning. The sales staff would not let us take delivery of it until your staff had gone over it and fixed a few minor issues (tires, and windshield). During the check by your service staff you discovered a few other things that we never would have thought of and fixed them before allowing us to pick up the Jeep. This completely impressed us to the point if we are ever to buy a new dodge or jeep product we will be coming back to your dealership. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from a Mac Haik dealership. The first was from the Ford dealership in Georgetown years ago (2005) where we recieved the same quality salesmanship as we experienced in Temple recently. Please keep up the good work and you will have many return buyers in the future.

It was a time for me when because of the economy, I needed a break in finding a vehicle that suited my needs. I asked Sean to be on the "look-out" for a vehicle that fit into my financial status and needs. He called me a week later and had found a vehicle that was what I needed. I have to say that I was extremely surprised in the way the staff at Mac Haik Dodge took care of me. It was exceptional compared to other dealers that I had encountered before. Shortly after, someone backed into my vehicle and I decided to try Mac Haik's Collision Center for repair. Because of the year of the vehicle, the repair did not go down like a normal repair. However, Randy Brasswell offered a solution that turned out as he "promised". The repair was better than new and I am extremely happy. Service is the key to any company's success and I have to say that the professionalism and courtesy that Mac Haik extended to me is worthy of a five star rating. I would reccommend this establishment to any person that is tired of those dealerships that do not offer what they promise. Thanks Mac Haik!

A few weeks ago my husband and I decided to leave Killeen to try to find a mini van. We ended up at Mac Haik and purchased a 2010 Chrysler Town & Country.
